5. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the following details:

6. Payment Failures and Declines

9. Order Cancellations and Payment Refunds

You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped. For approved cancellations, a full refund in USD will be issued to your original payment method.

Once the order has entered the shipping or fulfillment stage, it can no longer be canceled, and you must follow our Return & Refund Policy for returns or exchanges.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
